Sarah and Susan share stories from their journeys through managing BIG emotions, dealing with grief and self-care.

Objectives:

  • Participants will learn strategies for dealing with emotional dysregulation
  • Identifying the grief cycle
  • Self-care in chaos

Training provides 1 CEU for all who complete the training.
