Big Emotions & the Grief that Follows Lunch & Learn

Sarah Bailey, Director of Outreach and Sustainability for Infancy Onward and Susan Elsworth, Executive Director of Indiana Alliance team, up to talk about dealing with individuals with BIG emotions and the grief that follows. Sarah and Susan share stories from their journeys through managing BIG emotions, dealing with grief and self-care.

Objectives:

• Participants will learn strategies for dealing with emotional dysregulation
• Identifying the grief cycle
• Self-care in chaos

Training provides 1 CEU for all who complete the training.
