Sarah Bailey, Director of Outreach and Sustainability for Infancy Onward and Susan Elsworth, Executive Director of Indiana Alliance team, up to talk about dealing with individuals with BIG emotions and the grief that follows. Sarah and Susan share stories from their journeys through managing BIG emotions, dealing with grief and self-care.

- Self-care in chaos
