If you are:

  • A first-time mom 28 weeks or less
  • Eligible for Medicaid (even if you’re not on Medicaid)

You will qualify for a free personal nurse through Nurse-Family Partnership! Your nurse will provide prenatal education, education about early childhood development, screenings such as weight, blood pressure, and mental health and will walk with you through pregnancy and post-partum periods.

This program has been proven to create better pregnancy outcomes, improve school readiness, and create changes in the mother’s life course.

Nurse Family Partnership is available in all 92 counties in Indiana, and in many other states as well.

To find care in your county, you can use the search tool located HERE or visit nursefamilypartnership.org for more information about the program.
