In this workshop we explore risk and protective factors and how they impact our ability to be successful.

Recovery Capital. Habits, hurts and hang-ups. Resources we need, relationships that create challenges and barriers. Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. All of these things have one thing in common, health factors. In this workshop we explore risk and protective factors and how they impact our ability to be successful. We explore why changing the balance is so vital to our recovery and learn to take a longer look at what we mean when we say “We all have Mental Health” and how that contrasts so much of how we talk and think about mental health and just how putting things into perspective with the science can impact how we feel about ourselves and just how much these things matter.

This course provides 3 behavioral health continuing education units to all who complete the course.
