Whose Trigger Is It?

The Indiana affiliate of the National Organization on Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (INOFAS) is presenting a 1-hour workshop on trauma-based triggers. Participants will explore trauma based triggers, will participate in a discussion to answer the question whose trigger is it and be encouraged to implement self-care strategies. The objectives of this workshop are:

  • Recognize trauma triggers
  • Assess who is being triggered
  • Implement self-care strategies
